EVS Support: Creating a Ticket

Ticket Submission via Portal

1. Login to support.evssw.com:


2. Navigate to your tickets (Home page > Tickets OR via My Area)
a. From here you can view history of tickets
3. Select ‘Add Ticket’ option (Green button, upper-right)
4. Enter ticket details:
5. Don’t forget to submit!

Ticket Submission via Email
1. Support@evssw.com is the DL to email when creating a ticket via email!
a. Please provide as much detail as possible :-)
