How to Assign a Pick to a User in Order Management
In the Web: Shipping Module> Order Management> Picks Tab (*Make sure you establish a pick profile in the global filters & make sure the pick is released and Inventory has been allocated)
Click on the pick(s) you want to assign
Right click to bring up the menu
In the menu click on “Assign Picks” (See screenshot below)
In the Pop Up window, select the user you would like to assign the pick to and SAVE

The above steps will assign picks to users. You can validate the assignment by choosing the same pick, right clicking and choosing “Assign Picks“. In the pop up window, you will see a checkmark in the (Assigned) column for the person you assigned the pick to (See screenshot below). The picker that was assigned the picks can find their assigned picks on the iOS device under “My Tasks“(See screenshot below). They can then click on the task and process as normal.
